1. Order Processing

* Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
* During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship products across India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to discuss available options or process a refund if necessary.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

* Kerala: 2–4 business days
* South India: 3–5 business days
* Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders that meet our promotional conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) to track your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate and assist you promptly.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. RX Electronic Centre is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
